CREATING AN AGED FILM EFFECT
With Paint Shop Pro, you can make your images look as though they were taken back in the 1800's. To do this, open your image and make sure the Color Depth is 16 Million Colors (24 bit). If it isn't, click on the Colors menu, choose Increase Color Depth, and then choose 16 Million Colors (24 bit). Now click on the Image menu and choose Noise, Add. Set the Noise at 75% and check the Uniform option. Next, click on the Colors menu and choose Colorize. Set the Hue to 18 and the Saturation to 85. Instantly, you have a crackly, sepia-toned image.
